Questions, answered
Do I pay online?
No. Sending a request is free. You pay at your appointment.
How do I know my appointment is confirmed?
We personally text you to confirm your exact time. Your spot is not held until you hear from us.
What is the Aura Fall Edit?
From October 15 to November 30, first-time clients can enjoy our Aura Signature Facial for $100 (regularly $120). Choose the Aura Fall Edit Signature Facial when you book. The Fall Edit cannot be combined with referral savings or other offers.
Is there anything for first-time clients?
Yes. Every first visit includes a complimentary skincare sample, chosen for your skin. If a friend referred you, add their name when you book: you receive $20 off your first treatment, and your friend receives a $20 credit toward their next facial or treatment. Referral savings cannot be combined with the Aura Fall Edit.
Do you reward returning clients?
Yes, with Aura Rewards. After five facials or treatments, your sixth visit is a complimentary Aura Signature Facial. Every facial or treatment counts, and we keep track of your visits on your Aura card.
Where is the studio?
Wellington, FL. The address is shared with your confirmation.
What should I do before my facial?
Come with clean skin if you can. A form will be sent to you to fill out before the appointment.
Which treatment is right for me?
Take the skin quiz on the Treatments page, or pick the Not sure option when you book and we'll recommend the best treatment for your skin.
