Booking and confirmation
Appointments are by request. Your time is confirmed once we text you, and your spot is not held until you hear from us.
Nothing is charged online. You pay at your visit.

Appointment policies
A few simple policies so every appointment is unhurried and every client gets our full attention.
Cancelling or rescheduling
Plans change. Please text us at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the time to someone else.
Late arrivals
Please text us if you are running behind. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule your appointment.
Missed appointments
If you miss an appointment without letting us know, we will reach out to reschedule. After repeated missed appointments, we may not be able to offer you another booking.
Before your visit
Come with clean skin if you can. When you book, tell us about any allergies, sensitivities or products you use, such as retinol or Accutane.
Studio location
We are in Wellington, FL. The studio address is shared when your appointment is confirmed.
